Starting in August the City of Malibu will begin a new all-in-one recycling schedule, according to the City’s Environmental Programs Office.
The new a bi-monthly schedule will replace the monthly used oil & paint roundup and quarterly e-waste collection local residents are accustomed to. The all-in-one recycling events will be held in the City Hall parking lot on the 3rd Saturday of even months (February, April, June, August, October, and December) from 10 am n 2 pm. Some of the acceptable items include: used motor oil, water-based latex paint, and electronic waste.
