The California Department of Transportation announced the closure of one southbound lane on Pacific Coast Highway, from Serra Road to Malibu Pier, Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and again May 24, from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m., for utility work.
In addition, one southbound lane on Pacific Coast Highway will be closed one half mile east of Las Flores Canyon Road May 18, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., for utility work.
And one southbound lane on Pacific Coast Highway will be closed from Las Flores Canyon Road to Big Rock, beginning May 19 at 10 a.m. and continuing through May 21, until 3 p.m. for utility work.
Caltrans has issued an encroachment permit to Los Angeles County Water Works.
