Local children from Malibu schools are getting a chance to act in front of sold-out audiences in Malibu Playhouse’s production of “The Wiz.” Co-directed by DeeDee Porter and Julia Holland of Once Upon a Time Children’s Theatre, the performance puts a modern spin on the classic tale “The Wizard of Oz.”
