Local architect David Gray was named to Trends magazine’s Top 50 Homes list for a house he created on Broad Beach. Gray has been designing homes in Malibu for more than 30 years.
The beachfront home designed by Gray is built into a 30-foot wide space, and the structure is 76 feet long and 24 feet across. Its modern style provides a loft-like space that lets in ample natural light. The homes on the Top 50 list are selected by a panel based on design, function, product specification and style.
