The Pepperdine University women’s basketball team last month hosted its first of two free clinics for boys and girls in the eighth grade and younger. The two-hour clinic is designed to emphasize the fun that takes place in teaching and learning the fundamentals of basketball. Head coach Julie Rousseau, her staff and several members of the team will host their second clinic on Saturday at Firestone Fieldhouse from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Registration will take place from 9 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.
