The westbound number two lane on Pacific Coast Highway at Topanga Canyon Blvd. is currently closed for a Caltrans resurfacing project. Traffic is being diverted into the eastbound left-hand turn lane. A Caltrans worker estimated the work would continue until 2 p.m. Eastbound traffic is unaffected.
