The Tango, an electric car billed by its designers as “unequivocally the world’s fastest car through through traffic,” was on display Monday in the parking lot of Pacific Coast Greens as part of a green technology display. It goes zero to 60 MPH in under four seconds, according to a pamphlet passed out at the demonstration.Â
