“Ocean’s Eleven” and “Karate Kid” producer Jerry Weintraub has sold his estate in Malibu after listing the bluff-top estate reportedly just south of Paradise Cove in past years for between $42.5 million and $75 million, the Los Angeles Times reports. A sale price has not been divulged.

The buyer is suspected to be apparel mogul Serge Azria, although that has not been confirmed. Azria, 64, owns several fashion lines including Joie, Equipment and Current/Elliot.

The seven-acre spread long owned by Weintraub, 75, features ocean views and a two-story, 11,810-square-foot residence with seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. Also included are two guesthouses, a guard house, two barns, a riding ring, a gym, a swimming pool and tennis court, according to the Times.

Weintraub’s listing agent is Christopher Cortazzo of Coldwell Banker’s Malibu West office.
