This summer, Malibu High School senior Michael Milesi won the Jim Hall Sprint Kart Championship. The event took place in Oxnard, and it is his third karting title at the Jim Hall Racing School and his first title in the Sprint Karts.
In August, Milesi competed in his first regional FK2, F100 race, which took place in Fontana, Calif. He won two heat races as well as the main event, sweeping the day.
Milesi is now qualified to move up to the FK1 Advanced group.
