Webster Elementary School principal Phil Cott, a Dolphin Award winner, hugs a dolphin on his recent 10-day vacation in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. During the trip, Cott rode a zip-line, went on a canopy tour and slid over a waterfall in the jungle.
