Your latest edition has an article on Mr. Birembaum with a photo and caption indicating he was on the city council in 1992. As a 20-year resident I don’t ever remember the Malibu electorate being so irrational as to elect Mr. Birembaum to the council, nor do I recall any appointments to the council based on what would be the same irrationality? Possibly, could you clarify and enlighten me on this? Thank you.
