A missing hiker was safely located late Thursday night in the hills above Mulholland Highway in Agoura Hills.
The Malibu Search and Rescue Team responded to a call regarding the missing 16-year-old male hiker and was assisted by a Sheriff’s helicopter and night vision goggles. The hiker was eventually found “within the first couple of hours of the call” in the area of 30473 Mulholland Hwy.Â
“The boy was uninjured but a bit dehydrated from the hot temperatures,” SAR said on its Facebook page. “[He] was returned to his family just before midnight.”
