Latigo Shore Drive resident Jackie Blue has been juried into Women Painters West, a Southern California art association. She will present her pastel painting, “Sunrise at Latigo,” at Thursday’s general membership dinner meeting. Blue also serves on the board of the Malibu Art Association and is a member of Allied Artists.
