Word from the wise

Rick Mullen in his letter on immigration in last week’s “Malibu Times” made me evoke a long forgotten American Indian maxim on a wall plaque in the recreation room of my university dormitory.(I lived in the Kiowa Wing of the dorm.) It was attributed to the distinguished White Mountain Apache Havasupai Ahuádje and translated. “Be careful in revising those immigration laws of yours. We got careless with ours.”

And that is all I have to say.
