Viewpoint School junior varsity soccer teammates and Malibu residents, Kipp Follert and Nicky Ginsberg recently had the opportunity to work out with Los Angeles Galaxy midfielder Peter Vagenas when the Major League Soccer player came to the school. Vagenas put Viewpoint’s boys varsity and JV teams through several drills and shared some of his strategic tips for game play.
Coaches Travis Kikugawa and Eric Warner were on hand and felt that the experience would serve as an inspiration for this year’s varsity team to go all the way and capture a California Interscholastic Federation divisional title.
