Gov. Jerry Brown appointed Malibu resident William J. Chadwick to his fourth consecutive term as a director of the California Science Center. Former Gov. Gray Davis appointed Chadwick to the board in 1999 and 2003, and former Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger in 2007.

Chadwick, who received the “Community Service Award” from the University of Southern California, lives in Malibu with his wife and their three daughters. He also coaches the Our Lady of Malibu “Lady Bulldogs” volleyball team.
