The Malibu/Bel-Air Republican Women Federated hosted a panel discussion about the potential impact of the U.S. House and Senate versions of the healthcare bill on patients, physicians and insurers Feb. 19 at the Bel-Air Country Club.
Approximately 75 Republican women and their guests attended the program.
The panel featured Dr. Richard Johnson, Dr. Richard Corlin, Dr. Robert Adair and Mark Grady, Esq., collectively representing expertise in the delivery of healthcare in private practice, academia, and government. They discussed the need for healthcare financing reform but pointed out the deficiencies of the current legislation in front of Congress. Â
