Chabad of Malibu lit a menorah in memory of 13-year-old Emily Shane who died April 3 when she was struck by a car on Pacific Coast Highway at Heathercliff Road.
Rabbi Levi Cunin gave an inspired speech during the gathering at the accident site. The menorah will remain at the site throughout Chanukah, Dec. 1 through Dec. 8.
