Regarding re-approval of second pot shop:
Council members, here’s why you don’t need to approve pot shops — according to the L.A. Times, medical cannabis dispensaries have been banned in 19 cities in recent weeks, including Antioch, Artesia, La Cañada Flintridge, Newport Beach, Palm Desert and Pasadena. Many other cities in the state are considering new bans or restrictions.
Why are we catering to these places? The only people I see lining up are young potheads with goofy smiles and dreadlocks. Why not just put the dispensary inside the liquor store? Then we can have them drinking and smoking a joint at the same time as they cruise PCH.
