Traffic is now clear on Pacific Coast Highway following lengthy delays Thursday morning in the northbound lanes stretching from Webb Way to approximately one mile south.
12:42 p.m. — Northbound traffic on Pacific Coast Highway is backed up from Webb Way south to PC Greens due to apparent roadwork being done. PCH is narrowed to one lane at the Malibu Inn. Check back for more information as it becomes available.
