High-achieving high school juniors from throughout Southern California gathered at Pepperdine University for its 34th annual Youth Citizenship Seminar June 20-24 to interact with community leaders, discuss current national and world topics, and interact with their peers. Speakers at the event included former Los Angeles Dodgers manager Tommy Lasorda, former heavyweight boxing champion George Foreman, television host Chris Harrison and television personality Ben Stein.
