Ada Melissa Dissette, daughter of Malibu residents Raymond and Vivian Beck Dissette, wed Joshua Henry Taylor, son of Tina Taylor of Culver City and Laurence Goldsmith of Chicago, at the Loose Mansion in Kansas City, Mo. on Oct. 23.
Mother Lauren Lyon of Saint Mary’s Episcopal Church performed the ceremony.
Miss Tracy Meler of Malibu and Jesse DeFelice of Culver City were the maid of honor and the best man. Friends and relatives from Florida, Illinois, Colorado, Missouri, Kansas and California were in attendance.
Melissa attended Webster Elementary and graduated from Malibu High School in 2004 before attending Loyola Marymount University. The newlyweds currently reside in Olathe, Kan. and work for Web Contracting in Hillsdale.
