On Wednesday, the southbound number two lane on Pacific Coast Highway near Las Flores Canyon Road will be closed for a water valve replacement project. The lane will be closed from Wednesday evening at 10 p.m. to Thursday morning at 6 a.m. It will open from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. to accommodate commuter traffic, then be closed again from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. Thursday evening. The City of Malibu is urging motorists and pedestrians to plan ahead for the delay and exercise caution when in the area.
