Westside School of Ballet founder Yvonne Mounsey dancing in George Balanchine’s “Serenade” as a young ballerina. The school will honor Mounsey, who passed away last year, with a special performance from “Serenade” Saturday at Pepperdine’s Smothers Theatre, complete with vintage costumes worn by NYC Ballet dancers decades ago.
