The California Department of Transportations (Caltrans) will resume resurfacing work on Pacific Coast Highway with northbound night lane closures between Trancas Canyon Road and the LA/Ventura County line from Tuesday, Nov. 5, to Thursday, Nov. 7, from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. One lane will remain open at all times. Work includes removing and replacing asphalt concrete surfacing.
