Malibu High School marine biology students and their teacher Bob Perry boarded whale-watching vessel “Condor Express” on March 9 in Santa Barbara to study whale behavior, dolphins, plankton, sea lions and a variety of sea birds using GPS units. They saw approximately 15 gray whales migrating north on their return trip to the Bering Sea.
