I don’t guess many of us could miss the thousands of motorcycles, in a variety of unmuffled states, that roared north on PCH on Sunday, June 11, between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Why do we continue to be afflicted with this assault on our senses? Where are the traffic enforcement people who promised last year they had a solution to this problem?
