8 p.m.: Traffic appears to be flowing normally once again after a traffic signal at Chautauqua and Pacific Coast Highway went out and backed up traffic in both directions during Wednesday’s evening rush hour.
5:02 p.m. A disabled traffic signal at Chautauqua Blvd. on Pacific Coast Highway is causing long traffic delays on PCH. Motorists are being advised to expect long delays in both directions.
