The Malibu Library was filled with the sound of music as the Los Angeles Opera performed Opera Tales on Thursday afternoon. The opera performers, donning colorful costumes, celebrated Verdi’s 200th birthday to the delight of a captive audience.
Opera Tales, an annual event at the library, is meant to introduce children to the history and theatrical performances of the opera.
