Malibuite Dominic Scott Kay has been signed to publishing group Still Working Music, which is run by Alex Orbison and Roy Orbison Jr. Kay is known for his work as a musician, director and, most notably, actor. He has appeared in nearly 50 projects, including “Minority Report” and “Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End.”
