Margaret Giuliani, Rebecca McKay and Elaine Hunt recently were named winners of the 2007 Water Conservation Contest by Los Angeles County Waterworks Districts 29 and 80. The Malibu residents will receive an outdoor conservation kit that includes a spray nozzle, water timer, rain gauge, moisture meter and other items.
