Emmy-winning host of “The Late Late Show” Craig Ferguson recently purchased a beachfront property in Malibu for $5.6 million, according to Variety.
The 3,184-square-foot home features three bedrooms and four bathrooms, with light hardwood flooring throughout the open-living house and a wood-burning fireplace.
Floor-to-ceiling glass windows and sliders provide a 180 degree ocean view, that open to a brick patio and house-wide entertaining deck.
The home was built in the early 1970s and was previously purchased for $4.47 million one year ago.
