Deirdre Shipstead married Michael McIlroy at the home of longtime Malibu resident and mother of the bride Jean Craig. This is the second marriage for Deirdre and the first for Michael. Deirdre is the development director for Bridges Academy in Studio City. Michael is a captain for the Los Angeles County Lifeguards, where he has served more than 30 years.Â
The couple resides in Agoura with their family, Olin Shipstead, 15, Erin Shipstead, 16, and Casey Shipstead, 18.Â
