As former mayor of Malibu, I know the SMMUSD. I know its issues, its blind spots, its dysfunction and, most painfully, how it falls short for our children.
I also know Karen Farrer, Craig Foster and Seth Jacobson personally. Each are leaders in our community and passionate about education. Each is deeply involved in making our schools better and each has demonstrated leadership, time and again.
I strongly support these outstanding Malibuites in their quest to be elected to the Santa Monica-Malibu School Board. If they are elected, they will hugely improve the school board and, in doing so, improve our children’s futures and the future of our city.
Please make sure to vote for Karen Farrer, Craig Foster and Seth Jacobson for SMMUSD School Board on Nov. 6! Our city and our children need them on the board!
