A magazine article caught my eye
I could tone up my body in bed while I lie
This proposal seemed very attractive
To one like me who’s just moderately active
Building my body would build up my mind
I could make these improvements In a state of recline!
I did the leg scissors to make the thighs slimmer
Then raised my knees slowly for a tummy much trimmer
I repeated ten times, I was getting in gear
I contracted my buttocks to tighten my rear
It is said for some gain, you somehow must pay
I stayed in bed for the rest of the day!
