Nick Nolte puts Malibu mansion up for sale

Actor Nick Nolte has placed his Bonsall Canyon home up for sale for a reported $8.25 million, according to the Los Angeles Times. The home has been owned by several other celebrities, according to the Times, including comedian Tommy Chong, musician Don Felder of the Eagles and music producer David Foster. 

The four-bedroom home is set on two wooded acres up Bonsall Canyon, and features a main house with 19-foot vaulted ceilings, skylights, marble floors, six fireplaces and mahogany French doors, the Times reports. Included among the four bedrooms is a master suite with a sitting area, office, library and two of the fireplaces. 

Also included on the grounds is a two-bedroom, three-bathroom guesthouse. 

Nolte has appeared in such movies as “48 Hrs.” (1982), “Down and Out in Beverly Hills” (1986) and “Gangster Squad” (2013). 

The listing agent for the property is Jane Kellard of Westside Estate Agency in Malibu.
