Malibu resident Nick Stabile will star in John Bishop’s Broadway drama, “The Trip Back Down.” Stabile, who also had roles in “Bridge of Chucky” and ABC’s “The Beach Boys,” is cast as once-great NASCAR racer Bobby Horvath. The story follows Horvath’s journey when he returns home to a Midwestern factory town he left to pursue racing.
Stabile has been a Malibu resident for eight years with his wife, Tricia Small, and their two daughters. Performances are scheduled from Feb. 22 through March 29 at the Whitefire Theatre in Sherman Oaks.
