The Malibu Chamber of Commerce will work with the Malibu Optimist Club at this year’s Malibu Arts Festival and Pancake Breakfast. The 43rd Malibu Arts Festival will take place July 26-27 in front of the Civic Center and will feature art from more than 200 participants.
