Pepperdine University administrators, faculty, staff, students and special guests joined together for a ribbon cutting ceremony in honor of the Fred Sands Institute of Real Estate.
The ceremony honored the late real estate industry icon Fred Sands, and was attended by his wife Carla, Chairman of Vintage Real Estate, LLC.
An enterprise within Pepperdine’s Graziadio School of Business and Management, the Fred Sands Institute will engage students and industry professionals at both practical and policy levels while advancing real estate knowledge, informing business practices and addressing critical industry topics. Many of the institute’s programs will operate at Pepperdine’s Drescher Graduate Campus in Malibu.
