Malibu youth runner and Our Lady of Malibu (OLM) School student Willem Kline recently qualified for the Amateur Athletic Union Junior Olympics in track and field during his first time competing at Junior Olympic qualifying trials.
Kline competes with the Calabasas Cheetahs running club and runs for OLM, where he specializes in the 100-, 400- and 800-meter events. He plans to compete at Junior Olympics, which will take place in Humble, Texas during the first week of August.
