The following incidents were reported between 9/30 and 10/13: 

9/30

Petty Party

Two male suspects stole two 12-packs of beer and two or three bottles of alcohol from a grocery store in Point Dume. The suspects fled from the store on skateboards and headed eastbound on Pacific Coast Highway around 7:50 p.m.

10/2-13

Pump Plunder

More than $4,000 was stolen by an unknown suspect from an unlocked shed at a gas station.

Car Crime

A wallet containing $84, a driver’s license and credit cards was stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked along Pacific Coast Highway around 11:30 p.m.  

10/9-12

Birdview Break-in

A safe containing legal documents and more than $100,000 worth of coins and jewelry was stolen from a home on Birdview Avenue. The suspects also stole a camera valued around $7,000.

Gold Gone

A guest at a hotel reported a $1,000 gold necklace missing from their room.  

10/12-13

Parked and Pinched

A suspect stole a passport, and regular and state park passes from an unlocked vehicle parked on Wildlife Road.
