Magnitude 3.3 Earthquake Strikes Near Malibu

At approximately 4:05 a.m. Sunday morning, a magnitude 3.3 earthquake struck near Malibu, according to the United States Geological Survey.

The quake struck at a depth of 6.3 miles. According to the USGS, the epicenter was four miles away from Malibu Beach. The epicenter was also listed as five miles from Agoura Hills and six miles from Westlake village.
