On April 17 at 2 p.m., high fashion store Rubin & Chapelle hosted a Styling Workshop for the Boys & Girls Club of Malibu, as well as other local teens. Students brought their own day and evening wear looks that Rubin & Chapelle’s head stylist Devon de la Salle then worked with to show that with some styling knowledge, the simplest adjustments of belt or jewelry, or with some reference to the color wheel, any look can be gorgeous.
The team worked to incorporate pieces from the store. Budding fashion designer Rachel also attended with her own pieces (she has plans to open her own store in a few years). The workshop was fun and informative and left students with ideas for dazzling new looks.
