The family of a critically injured motorcyclist has started an online fundraiser to help pay for his medical bills.
Kenneth “Levi” Saks, 66, suffered several broken bones and fluid around his lungs after being hit by an alleged drunk driver on Tuesday in Malibu, according to family members.Â
Saks was also traveling with his dog, Marley. The dog was not injured and Saks’ family has since been trying to reunite with the pet. His family is looking to raise $10,000 to help Saks.
“Levi is an easygoing guy who enjoys the simple things in life. At this time, we are concerned about his ability to meet his financial needs. He has a long road ahead if him, please help us make it a little smoother for him,” his family wrote on the fundraising page.
