Nonprofit organization Life Rolls On hosted They Will Skate Again, an event for adaptive athletes from around the world at Venice Beach Skate Park on Saturday. Founded by quadriplegic surfer Jesse Billauer, the event encourages participants to find freedom beyond paralysis through various action sports.
