The City of Malibu is getting back in the spirit with some favorite community events—the Senior Center Winter Showcase (Dec. 1), Breakfast with Santa (Dec. 9) and the Holiday Open House (Dec. 14).
The Breakfast With Santa, an annual tradition, will take place on Saturday, Dec. 9, at Point Dume Marine Science School, with seatings available from 8:30-10 a.m. or 10:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. Admission is $5 per person or $15 per family of four, or bring a new, unwrapped toy for the Spark of Love Toy Drive and receive one complimentary breakfast.
The following Thursday, Dec. 14, the city hosts its annual Holiday Open House, featuring an art show hosted by Malibu Arts Angels with works by student artists, live performances by student musicians and wintery treats like hot cocoa and cookies.
As in years past, visitors may bring an unwrapped gift to receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win prizes from local businesses and restaurants.Â
