Glen Dexter off-loads the first 60 toilets from hundreds of toilets and tires that are covering a reef off the coast of Point Dume. The debris will be removed in the next two weeks by “Triton” boast captain Dexter and San Diego divers Mike Neil and Tony Schroeder.
