Locals Meredith Sagan, M.D., and Joseph John “Panhead” Peck are engaged to be married in March. The couple met at a birthday celebration of Peck’s and were engaged on Thanksgiving Day. Sagan practices psychiatry in Santa Monica and Peck is a professional steel pan percussionist and educator.
