A motorcyclist who tumbled over Rambla Pacifico was airlifted to a nearby hospital with the help of Malibu Search and Rescue Sunday evening, June 4. Los Angeles County helicopter Air Rescue 6 made the daring low flying rescue dropping team members into the steep canyon after the motorcyclist fell more than 75 feet over the rocky hillside, various news reports stated. The 24-year-old male reportedly claimed he was disoriented seconds before the accident at 6:05 p.m. A friend with him was able to make a 911 call for help. The injured motorcyclist appeared to suffer a broken leg.
