The Malibu High girls volleyball team took part in its annual “Dig Pink” match on Oct. 21 to support breast cancer awareness month. The entire gym was decorated in pink and the Sharks raised $345 for breast cancer research. Each player on the team spoke about breast cancer before the match began. Malibu played Bishop Diego and the Sharks won in three games (25-16, 25-15, 25-17) despite four girls out with injuries.
